This week's menu is ~ boring. So boring. In fact last week, I had to change my third entry to: Fried chicken, french fries, Chopped Salad, Cornmeal Muffins, ice cream cake roll. But what made it really un boring- the Ice cream Cake Roll was the only thing made from scratch! I served it with an offering of crushed strawberries, hot fudge, or caramel sauce. The crushed strawberries were the only condiment used up!
So, for this week, a very simple menu. The first dinner was received enthusiastically. I'll post later how the others were received.
